The logistics and communication around tabletop gaming is scattered across multiple platforms designed for other uses, making it difficult to schedule games and campaigns and almost impossible to bring that in-person table vibe into the digital world for follow up conversation. We built The Keep to help organize our gaming lives and build on the connections we make at the table: a single place custom designed for tabletop gaming that enables scheduling and conversation around games, fosters connections and conversations with other players, and tracks all our games, past, present and future.

Your Dashboard
When you log in, your Dashboard shows you everything that matters. Upcoming sessions, conventions on your radar, and recent Discussions from your groups. It's your gaming life at a glance.
HomeTables
Most campaigns don't die from lack of interest, they die on the calendar. HomeTables give your group one place to coordinate campaigns, schedule sessions, and manage all the details so you actually keep playing together. In The Keep, HomeTable is a group of events - campaigns, one-shots and adventures your group plays together. If you've got multiple play groups, you may have multiple HomeTables - to organize all the sessions for that group.
Parties
Parties are groups of people that come together around game sessions or campaigns, interests or conventions. Discuss your next move with your party. When you're ready to schedule a campaign or game session, invite your whole Party at once, rather than inviting folks one by one. Parties are the social hub of The Keep as well as a way for groups to plan activities together.
Event Directory
Gaming events are scattered everywhere. At The Keep, we've taken on the responsibility of gathering conventions and community events into one place so you can see what's happening near you. If events are not hosted within The Keep, you can add them to your Quest Log to keep a full record of your gaming life.
Discussions
Every HomeTable, Campaign, Game Session and Party has built-in Discussions so you can coordinate plans without hunting through multiple communication channels. Need to know who's bringing the chips to the game - that will be in your session discussion right by the time and place. Everything surfaces on your Dashboard so you never miss what's happening.
Quest Log
Every party needs a scribe. The Quest Log tracks every session you attend, every campaign you complete, and every convention you hit. It's your personal record of where you've been and what you've played. A living archive of your tabletop adventures.
Magic Link
This is our favorite spell! Magic Link lets you send someone a direct invitation to The Keep and straight into a specific Party, HomeTable Campaign, or Session. No complicated setup, no multiple steps. Just share the link and they're in the right place, ready to play.
Notifications
Stay in the loop without staying glued to your screen. Get notified when someone invites you to a Party or when Discussions have new activity. You control what you hear about and how often, so you can focus on playing instead of checking for updates.
